1.Acceptance of Terms

All financial transactions on kaya888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kaya888 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the account deposit section at time of transaction.
• kaya888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

kaya888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all kaya888 promotions:

8.Intellectual Property

9.Limitation of Liability

10.Account Suspension & Closure

kaya888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• kaya888 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a request from a competent authority.
• A member has requested self-exclusion under the kaya888 Responsible Gaming programme.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Balances representing verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the member via their original deposit method following completion of any required verification.
